PPH联合消痔灵注射在重度混合痔中的应用

摘    要:为探讨痔上黏膜环切钉合术(PPH)联合消痔灵注射在重度混合痔中的应用价值,将72例重度混合痔患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,每组各36例。治疗组采用PPH联合消痔灵注射治疗,对照组采用单纯PPH治疗。观察两组疗效及术后出血、肛门疼痛及排尿障碍;对比两组患者手术时间及住院时间。结果显示,治疗组与对照组相比,疗效、手术时间及住院时间差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);在预防术后并发症尤其是术后出血方面,治疗组明显优于对照组(P〈0.05)。结果表明,在PPH中于母痔区吻合口上方3、7、11点及内痔和松弛黏膜区域注射适量1:1消痔灵注射液是一种安全有效的辅助治疗方法,可有效减少术后出血,提高手术疗效。

Abstract:The objective of this study was to explore the applicable value of PPH plus XiaoZhiLing injection in the treatment of severe mixed hemorrhoids. Seventy two patients with this disease were randomized into two groups,patients in the study group( n = 36) underwent the combined therapy of PPH plus XiaoZhiLing injection,while patients in the control group (n = 36) underwent PPH only, and observation therapeutic efficacy,postoperative bleeding, anus pain, dysuria, compared operative time and hospital stay time. As results, there was no statistical difference in therapeutic efficacy, operative time and hospital stay( P〉0.05) in the two groups,while it was better in prevention of postoperative complications,especially in postoperative bleeding,in the study group( P 〈0.05). It is concluded that injection of XiaoZhiLing(1: 1) at 3,7,11 points over the primary hemorrhoid anastomotic stoma,at the internal hemorrhoids and the relaxed mucosa is safe and effective as adjuvant therapy for reducing postoperative bleeding so that enhancing surgical efficacy.
