健脾理肠汤口服及保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎48例临床观察

为观察健脾理肠汤口服及保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎（UC）的临床效果，将96例UC患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组各48例。治疗组采用健脾理肠汤口服及保留灌肠治疗，对照组采用柳氮磺吡啶保留灌肠治疗。结果显示，治疗组有效率91．7％，对照组77．1％，两组有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结果表明，健脾理肠汤口服及保留灌肠治疗UC疗效肯定。

Oral Administration of JianPiLiChang Decoction and Retention Enema with it for Treating Ulcerative Colitis of 48 Cases

The aim of this study was to observe the clinical efficacy of JianPiLiChang decoction（for invigorating the spleen and regulating the gut） in the treatment of ulcerative colitis（UC）. The 96 cases of UC were randomly divided into treatment group and controlled one（48 cases,per group）. The patients of treatment group were subjected of oral administration of JianPiLiChang decoction and retention enema with the decoction,while the patients of controlled group to retention with salazosulfapridine. As results, the effective rate of treatment group and controlled group was 91.7% and 77.1% ,respectively;thus the difference between both groups was significant（ P 〈0.05）. The results show that oral administration of JianPiLi- Chang decoction and retention enema with it for UC has certain therapeutic effect.
