高频电容场痔治疗技术联合自动痔套扎术治疗环状混合痔的临床分析

为探讨高频电容场痔治疗技术（HCPT）联合自动痔套扎术（RPH）治疗环状混合痔的临床疗效，将66例环状混合痔患者采用随机数字表法分为试验组（34例，HCPT联合RPH治疗）和对照组（32例，外剥内扎术治疗），观察术中及术后的治疗情况，并对两组患者的手术时间、出血量、创面愈合时间、术后并发症等及随访资料进行对比分析。结果显示，治疗组在治愈率和术中出血方面明显优于对照组，P〈0．05；在手术时间和创面愈合时间方面两组差异无统计学意义，P〉0．05。两组术后均无大出血及感染发生。随访3个月至2年，均无复发，无肛门狭窄、肛门功能异常病例。结果表明，HCPT联合RPH治疗环状混合痔安全，治愈率高，术中出血少，疗效满意。

High-frequence Capacitance Proctology Technique plus Ruiyun Procedure in the Treatment of Circumferential Mixed Hemorrhoids. Clinical Analysis

In order to explore the therapeutic effect of the combination therapy（high-frenquence capacitance proctology technique for hemorrhoids plus Ruiyun procedure for hemorrhoids） in the treatment of circum- ferential mixed hemorrhoids,authors divided the 66 patients with this disease into two groups： trial group and controlled group,randomly; in trial group （n ：34） above-mentioned combination therapy was performed,in controlled group（ n = 32）, routinely performed external dissection and internal ligation; their intra-and postoperative treatment status was observed, then their operative time, bleeding volume, healing time of wound,postoperative complication,and relative follow-up data were compared and analysed. As results,in curative rate and intraoperative bleeding trial group was notable superior to controlled group（ P 〈0.05） ;in operative time and healing time of wound there was no significant difference between both groups （ P 〉0. 05） ;after operation no massive hemorrhage and infection were found in both groups;follow-up of 3-24 months show no recurrence,no anal stenosis, and no anal dysfunction. Results show that above-mentioned combination therapy for circumferential mixed hemorrhoids is safe, and of high curative rate,less intraoperative bleeding,and satisfactory therapeutic effect.
