新辅助化疗联合手术治疗直肠癌患者生活质量的研究

为研究新辅助化疗联合手术治疗对直肠癌患者生活质量的影响，回顾分析采用新辅助化疗联合手术治疗（治疗组）的直肠癌患者的资料，并与接受非新辅助化疗联合手术治疗（对照组）的患者生活质量、保肛率、术后并发症、3年生存率及不良反应进行对比分析。结果显示，治疗后两组患者功能子量表积分均较治疗前增高，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；症状子量表中疲倦、恶心欲呕吐、疼痛、食欲丧失、便秘、腹泻积分较治疗前降低，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。其中治疗组躯体功能、角色功能、情绪功能、社会功能积分增高更为明显，与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。治疗组保肛率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；两组术后并发症、3年生存率及化疗后不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结果表明，新辅助化疗联合手术治疗可以提高直肠癌患者生活质量。

Investigation on Life Quality of Rectal Carcinoma Patients Following Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy Combined with Surgical Treatment

The objective of the study was to assess the influence of the neoadjuvant chemotherapy combined with surgical treatment （NC-ST） on the life quality of rectal carcinoma patients（RCP）. The clinical data of RCP who had undergone NC-ST were analized retrospectively （the treatment group）, and the outcomes were compared with that of patients who had not undergone NC-ST（but undergone surgical treatment and postoperative chemotherapy, ST-PC, the control group） in the status of the life quality, the ano-saving rate, postoperative complications, 3-year survival rate and adverse reaction. As results,in both groups, the scores in functional scales got higher than that before therapy（ P 〈0.05）;while the scores in the symptom scales （including fatigue,nausea and feel like vomiting, pain, anorexia, constipation and diarrhea） got lower after NC-ST and ST-PC（ P〈0.05）. The scores of somatization function,role function,mood function and social function were higher than that in the control group（ P 〈0.05）. The ano-saving rate in the treatment group was also higher than that in the control group（ P 〈0.05）. There was no statistical difference in postoperative complications,3-year survival rate and adverse reaction after chemotherapy between the two groups（ P 〉0.05）. It is concluded that NC-ST can enhance the life quality of patients with rectal carcinoma.
