中药灌肠加柳氮磺吡啶栓治疗溃疡性结肠炎35例临床观察

为探寻更有效的治疗溃疡性结肠炎（UC）的方法，根据UC的病因、病机和中医辨证分型的原则，采用中药灌肠与柳氮磺吡啶栓直肠内给药相结合的方法治疗UC35例，并与对照组21例进行对比观察。结果显示，总有效率治疗组为94．3％，对照组为71．4％（P〈0．05）；复发率治疗组为20％，对照组为40％，治疗组明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结果表明，中药灌肠加柳氮磺吡啶栓直肠内给药治疗UC安全有效，副作用小，复发率低。

Salazosulfapridine Suppository plus Enema with Traditional Chinese Drugs in the Treatment of Ulcerative Colitis. Clinical Observation on 3 5 Cases

In order to search for the more effective therapy for ulcerative colitis （UC） based on principles of the cause, mechanism and the typing principle according to syndrome differentiation authors adopted the combined therapy of intra-reetal salazosulfapridine suppository plus enema with traditional Chinese drugs to treat the 35 cases of UC（as treatment group） ,and contrastively observed their therapeutic effect with 21 cases（as controlled group）. As results,in treatment group the total effective rate was 94. 3% and recurrence rate was 20% ,while in controlled group,71.4% and 40% respectively,thus treatment group was significantly superior to controlled group（ P 〈0.05）. Results show that the combined therapy for UC is safe and effective,and of less side effect and low recurrence rate.
