PPH治疗环状混合痔30例疗效观察

为探讨吻合器痔上黏膜环切术（PPH）治疗环状混合痔的临床疗效，回顾性分析应用PPH治疗环状混合痔患者30例的临床资料。结果显示，手术时间为20-30min，平均25min；术后平均住院时间5d；术后患者创面疼痛轻微，3例需口服止痛药物缓解。30例全部治愈，治愈率100％。随访2～15个月，均无复发，无排便困难、肛门下坠不适感、肛门狭窄、肛门失禁。结果表明，PPH治疗环状混合痔具有出血少，恢复快，住院时间短，术后并发症少等优点。

Observation on the Therapeutic Efficacy of PPH in the Treatment of Circumferential Mixed Hemorrhoids of 30 Cases

The clinical data of 30 patients with circumferential mixed hemorrhoids who had undergone PPH were analyzed retrospectively,so as to explore the clinical effect. As results,the mean operation time was 25 minutes（20-30 minutes）,the mean hospital stay was 5 days,postoperative pain was mild （only 3 cases needed to have analgesic）;30 cases all cured,the cure rate was 100% ;no recurrence,anal stricture,anal incontinence,dysporia,tenesmus were found during 2-15 month of follow up. It is concluded that PPH is a better procedure in the treatment of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids in terms of less bleeding, quicker recovery,shorter hospital stay and less complications.
