八正散加减治疗PPH术后尿潴留的临床观察

为观察八正散加减治疗肛肠病术后尿潴留的临床疗效，选择PPH术后尿潴留患者100例，随机分为两组，治疗组50例采用八正散加减治疗；对照组50例采用热敷等物理疗法治疗。结果显示，治疗组总有效率98％，对照组总有效率74％，两组疗效比较有显著性差异（P〈0．01）。结果表明，八正散加减治疗PPH术后尿潴留有效率高。

Clinical Observation on the Therapeutic Efficacy of Modulated Bazhengsan in the Treatment of Postoperative Urine Retention after PPH

The objective of the study was to observe the therapeutic efficacy of the modulated Bazhengsan （eight health restoring powder） in the treatment of postoperative urine retention after PPH. One hundred patients with this disease after PPH were randomized into two groups,patients in the study group（ n =50） received Bazhengsan treatment,while patients in the control group（ n =50） hot compression. As results, the general improvement rate in the study group and control group was 98% vs 74%（ P 〈0.01）. The therapeutic efficacy of both groups has marked difference. It is concluded that the modulated Bazhengsan can ensure a higher therapeutic efficacy in the treatment of postoperative urine retention after PPH.
