复方黄柏液保留灌肠治疗放射性直肠炎36例临床观察

为观察复方黄柏液对放射性直肠炎的治疗效果，将69例放射性直肠炎患者分为两组。治疗组36例，采用复方黄柏液30ml保留灌肠，早晚各1次；对照组33例给予自行配制的思密达混合液保留灌肠，早晚各1次。经2个疗程治疗后，比较两组临床症状、结肠镜检查肠黏膜改变。结果显示，治疗组显效率明显优于对照组（55．6％VS33．3％，P〈0．05），总有效率也高于对照组，但差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；随访半年，治疗组有效率高于对照组（80．6％VS57．6％，P〈O．05）。结果表明，复方黄柏液保留灌肠治疗放射性直肠炎简便易行，疗效明显，未见不良反应。

Retention Enema with Compound Cortex Phellodendron Solution in the Treatment of Radiation Rectitis of 36 Cases. Clinical Observation

The aim of this study was to observe the therapeutic effect of compound cortex phellodendron solution for treating radiation rectitis. The 69 patients who had been confirmed as rectitis were divided into two group：treatment group（ n = 36） and controlled group （ n = 33）. Treatment group received retention enema with 30 ml of compound cortex phellodendron solution,1 time per early,1 time per night;controlled group with the self-made mixture of smectite, 1 time per early, 1 time per night,after two treatment courses the clinical symptoms and endoscopy findings of intestinal mucosa of both groups were compared each other. As results, the excellent response rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of controlled group（ P 〈0.05,55.6% vs 33.3%） ,total effective rate of former was also higher than that of latter,but the difference was not significant（ P 〉0. 05） ,later 0. 5 yr. effective rate of former was significantly higher than that of latter （ P〈0.05,80.6% vs 57.6%）. Results show that retention enema with compound cortex phellodendron solution for treating radiation rectitis has great therapeutic effect, no adverse reaction,and is simple and easy to perform.
