高龄结直肠癌急性肠梗阻患者的个体化护理体会

为探讨高龄结直肠癌急性肠梗阻患者的个体化护理要点，以减少并发症，提高疗效。本研究对54例高龄结直肠癌急性肠梗阻患者及时给予合理的手术，并针对患者伴有的不同合并症进行个体化护理。结果显示54例患者中，治愈42例，好转12例。无围手术期死亡病例。术后发生轻度肺部感染2例．尿路感染3例，均经药物治愈。结果表明，对于高龄结直肠癌急性肠梗阻患者，选择合理术式，及时手术解除肠梗阻，针对患者存在的合并症进行个体化的围手术期护理，可减少并发症的发生，提高疗效。

Individualized Nursing for the Senile Patients with Colorectal Carcinoma Induced Acute Intestinal Obstruction

In order to explore the individualized nursing import points so that reducing complication and enhancing curative effect,author gave this nursing to fifty four senile patients with colorectal carcinoma induced acute intestinal obstruction,who had undergone proper surgical treatment. As results,of the 54 patients,42 were cured, 12 were improved and there was no perioperative death; postoperative mild lung infection occurred in 2 cases and urinary tract infection in 3 cases,they were cured by medication. It is concluded that hoosing proper proceduce to timely getrid of intestinal obstruction and proper perioperative nursing focused on the prevention of complications can reduce the occurrence of complications and help enhance therapeutic efficacy.
