结肠息肉合并糖尿病患者内镜治疗的护理体会

为减少结肠息肉合并糖尿病患者息肉处理过程中的创面损伤，提高内镜治疗的安全性，回顾分析行尼龙绳结扎联合电切术、单纯尼龙绳结扎术或氩离子凝固术治疗的27例结肠息肉合并糖尿病患者的护理体会。结果显示，本组患者内镜下治疗均一次性成功，术中、术后未发生大出血、肠穿孔等严重并发症。结果表明，只要是临床确诊的糖尿病患者，治疗时不论血糖是否正常，都作为高频电切术的相对禁忌症，尽可能选择对创面损伤更小的内镜治疗手段；在治疗方法相对完善的前提下，做好针对性的护理工作是减少并发症．提高内镜治疗安全性的关键。

Nursing Experience on the Endoscope Treatment of the Patients with Colonic Polyp Complicated with Diabetes

In order to reduce the wound injury of the patients with colonic polyps complicated with diabetes during their polyps were managed, and enhance the safety of endoscope treatment, authors analysed the nursing experience on the 27 cases with these diseases who had been subjected to nylon string ligation plus electrotomy,alone nylon string ligation or argon-ion coagulation procedure respectively. As results, the 27 cases were primarily and successfully cured,no such severe complications as intra-and post-operative massive bleeding and intestinal perforation was found. Results show that as long as diabetes clinically confirmed no matter whether blood glucose of the patient is or not normal,it should be relative contraindieation of high-frequency electrotomy,which needes to select the endoscope therapy less injuring wound surface as possible as; under more complete therapy better making directed nursing is the key to reduce complication and enhance the safety of endoscope treatment.
