静脉全麻、局麻结合术后长效止痛在肛肠病手术中的应用

为了最大限度地减轻肛肠病手术的术中、术后疼痛，将静脉全麻、局麻结合术后长效止痛用于PPH等多种肛门病手术患者90例（治疗组），同时与椎管麻醉（对照1组）、局麻（对照2组）进行对比观察。结果显示，静脉全麻、局麻结合术后长效止痛的麻醉方法，可达到肛门病下术术中、术后最佳镇痛效果，无尿潴留，并发症发生率明显降低，手术麻醉效果明显优于对照组。结果表明，这是一种全程无痛治疗肛肠病的手术麻醉方法。

Intravenous Anesthesia and Local Anesthesia Combined with Long-acting Anodyne Used in and During the Operation for Anorectal Diseases

The objective of this study was to relieve the intra- and post-operative pain of patients with anorectal disease to the maximum. The 90 cases to be operated on with such as PPH,and so on received intravenous systemic and local anesthesia combined with long-acting anodyne, were compared with the patients subjected to spinal canal anesthesia,and local anesthesia. As results,the former anesthesia and anodyne got the best intra-and post-operative anodyne efficacy without urinary retention,and the incidence of complication was significantly reduced,thus its efficacy was superior to contrast anesthesia. These results indicate that it is of the operative anesthesia method in the painless treatment of anorectal diseases during whole course.
