内痔结扎结合外痔皮瓣整形缝合术治疗环状混合痔

为探讨内痔结扎结合外痔皮瓣整形缝合术治疗环状混合痔，对解决术后创缘水肿、出血、疼痛、愈合缓慢和影响肛门功能形态等问题的临床效果，评价该术式治疗环状混合痔的临床疗效，将100例环状混合痔患者分为两组，治疗组55例采用内痔结扎结合外痔皮瓣整形缝合术，对照组45例采用传统的混合痔外剥内扎术，对术后常见并发症的发生和住院时间进行对比分析。结果显示，治疗组术后疼痛减轻、创缘水肿及出血减少、创口愈合时间较对照组缩短，术后肛门功能形态良好。结果表明，内痔结扎结合外痔皮瓣整形缝合术治疗环状混合痔较外剥内扎术具有疗程短、后遗症及并发症少等优点，具有良好的临床疗效。

The Combined Procedure of Ligation of External Hemorrhoids in the Treatment the Internal Hemorrhoids and the Skin Flap Plastic and Suture of the of Circumferential Mixed Hemorrhoids

The aim of this study was to explore the clinical effects of a combined procedure for postoperative edema of wound edge, bleeding, pain, slow healing, and dysfunction and deformity, and so on, in the treatment of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids. One hundred patients with CMH were divided into two groups. Patients in the study group （ n = 55） underwent the procedure of ligation of the internal hemorrhoids and skin flap plastic and suture of the external hemorrhoids（LIH-SFPSEH）,while patients in the control group （ n =45） underwent the traditional procedure of external dissection and internal ligation（ED- IL）. As results,postoperative pain was reduced,edema and bleeding was less,the wound healing time was shortened and the postoperative anal function and form were better in the study group than that in the control group. It is concluded that the procedure of LIH-SFPSEH is of good therpeutic efficacy among other strong points.
