PPH术中应用马应龙麝香痔疮栓的临床观察

为观察PPH术中虚用马应龙麝香痔疮栓对缓解或消除术后早期不适症状、体征的疗效，选取2009年1月至2009年12月收治的行PPH的病例．随机分为试验组和对照组，试验组术巾应用1枚码应龙麝香痔疮栓纳肛，对照组不使用马应龙麝香痔疮栓。量化两组的术后初次排便时排便情况、疼痛程度、肛门坠胀感、便血情况、创口水肿、分泌物、尿潴留情况，并进行对比分析。结果是示，除术后便血及尿潴留外，试验组排便不畅、疼痛程度、肛门坠胀感、创口水肿、分泌物方面得分均明显低于对照组。术后两组患者出现创口分泌物、创口水肿及肛门坠胀感的病例比较多，但程度均较轻微。结果表明，PPH术中应用马应龙麝香痔疮栓对于缓解术后早期的不适症状具有良好效果。

MaYingLongShexiang Hemorrhoidal Suppository Used into Anus Following PPH：Clinical Observation on the Efficacy

In order to investigate the efficacy（in relieving or removing early postoperative uncomfortable sign and symptoms） of MaYingLongShexiang hemorrhoidal suppository following PPH authors selected the 142 patients with hemorrhoids to received PPH from Jan,2009 yr to Dee,2009 yr. and divided them in- to trial and controlled group randomly; gave trial group this suppository used into anus intraoperation, did not so for controlled group; scored rating on the status of first defecation, pain extent, anal tenesmus, and the situations of hematoehezia, wound edema and secretion, as well urinary retention after operation, then compared each other and analysed. As results,except for hematochezia and urinary retention the score ratings of other items in trial group were significantly lower than that in controlled group;after operation in patients of both groups more cases oecured wound secretion and edema, as well anal tenesmus, but these symptoms were all milder. Results show that using this suppository into anus following PPH has better efficacy in relieving early postoperative uncomfortable symptoms.
