肛泰软膏在吻合器痔上黏膜环切钉合术后的临床应用

为观察吻合器痔上黏膜环切钉合术（PPH）后吻合口外敷肛泰软膏预防和减少术后并发症的临床效果，随机选择170例Ⅲ、Ⅳ期内痔为主的环状混合痔PPH术后患者，分成观察组及对照组各85例，观察组术后吻合口外敷肛泰软膏及凡士林纱条，对照组术后吻合口用凡士林纱条外敷。结果显示，观察组在肛门疼痛、大便带血、发热、肛门坠胀、肛门水肿方面的效果明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结果表明，肛泰软膏在预防和减少PPH术后并发症及提高手术效果方面有明显的作用。

Clinical Application of GangTai Ointment Following Stapled PPH

In order to investigate the clinical efficacy of Gangtai Ointment external application in prevention and reduction of postoperative complication after stapled PPH,authors randomly selected the 170 patients with Ⅲ、Ⅳ stage internal hemorrhoid part of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids and divided them into two groups ： observation and controlled group, 85 cases, per group ; after operation（PPH） gave external use GangTai Ointment and petrolatum gauze strip on the stoma of the patients of observation group,in controlled group only gave petrolatum gauze strip. As results,in observation group the effects on anal pain,defecation with blood, fever,anus tenesmus sensation and anus edema were significantly superior to that in controlled group（ P〈0. 05）. Results show that GangTai Ointment complication after PPH,and enhancing operative efficacy.
