直肠前突3种手术疗效比较

为探讨不同术式治疗直肠前突的优缺点，分析2007～2010年采用Sehapayah术式（41例）、PPH术式（57例）和Starr术式（13例）治疗的直肠前突患者在手术时间、术中出血量、有效例数、住院时间、费用、恢复工作时间、术后并发症等指标的对比资料。结果显示，3种术式的有效率相近，Sehapayah术式手术时间长，术中出血量较多，Starr术式费用最高。结果表明，PPH治疗直肠前突是一种有效方法，手术简单，疗效确切，住院时间短、恢复快，术后疼痛轻。Starr术式治疗直肠前突近期疗效确切，但开展时间短，手术例数少，有待于进一步积累资料。

Comparison on the Therapeutic Effects of Three Procedures for Rectocele

In order to explore the advantages and shortcomings of different procedures for rectocele, authors analysed the comparative data （from 2007 to 2010 yr. ）, including operative time, intraoperative bleeding volume, the number of effective cases,hospitalization duration, cost, time to re-working,and postoperative complication, etc, which were from 41 cases received Sehapayah procedure, 57 cases received PPH,and 13 cases received Starr procedure. As results, the effective rates of the 3 procedures were close each other, but the operative time of Sehapayah procedure was the longest, and its intraoperative bleeding volume was more,cost of Starr procedure was the expensive. Results show that PPH is really of effective procedure for rectocele,it has advantages such as simple manipulation, exactly curative effect, shorter hos pitalization duration,faster recovery and mild postoperative pain, while Starr procedure has certain shortterm therapeutic effect, but because of its shorter developing time and less cases performed on, it need fur ther accumulation of data.
