PPH结合外痔切除缝合术治疗重度混合痔的临床观察

为探讨PPH结合外痔切除缝合术治疗重度混合痔的临床应用，选择PPH结合外痔切除缝合治疗Ⅲ、Ⅳ期内痔为主的混合痔患者70例，并与同期单纯行PPH治疗的Ⅲ、Ⅳ期内痔患者70例进行比较研究，结果两组在术后并发症、术后住院时间方面无显著性差异（P〉0O．05）。结果表明，PPH加外痔切除缝合术具有手术时间短、疼痛轻、创伤小、恢复快、并发症少等优点，是治疗重度混合痔较理想的方法，可拓展PPH手术适应症范围，提高患者满意度。

Clinical Observation on Therapeutic Efficacy of the Combined Procedure of PPH plus Resection and Suture of External Hemorrhoids in the Treatment of Severe Mixed Hemorrhoids

The objective of this study was to probe into the clinical application the combined procedure of PPH plus resection ＆ suture of external hemorrhoid. Seventy patients with severe mixed hemorrhoids （internal hemorrhoids III and IV stage） underwent the combined procedure,while another 70 patients underwent PPH only. As results, there was no statistical difference in postoperative complications and hospital stay between two groups（ P 〉0.05） ,while the combined procedure is proved to have such strong points as less operative time,less pain,less trauma,quick recovery and less complication, thus it is an ideal therapy for severe mixed hemorrhoids,and extend the indication scale of PPH, so that enhance the satisfactory degree of patient.
