单克隆抗体MC5在大肠癌组织中的表达及其临床意义

为探讨单克隆抗体MC5在大肠癌组织中的表达及其临床意义，本研究采用免疫组化法检测265例大肠癌组织中的MC5的表达情况，并分析其与患者年龄、性别、肿瘤分化程度、TNM分期及5年生存率之间的关系。结果显示，MC5在大肠癌组织中的阳性表达率为87．9％（233／265），其阳性表达与患者年龄、性别及肿瘤M分期无关（P〉0．05）；而与肿瘤分化程度、T分期、N分期及患者5年生存率有关（P〈0．05），且肿瘤分化程度越低、侵犯肠壁程度越深、伴淋巴结转移及生存时间越短者，其阳性表达率越高。结果表明，检测MC5在大肠癌组织中的表达对早期大肠癌的诊断和预后判断有重要价值。

Expression of Monoclonal Antibody MC5 in Large Intestinal Cancer Tissue and its Clinical Significance

In order to investigate the expression of monoclonal antibody MC5 in large intestinal cancer tissue and its clinical significance authors detected the expression of this antibody in265 patient＇s large intestinal cancer tissue by using immunohistochemical method, and analysed the relationship of this expression with age, sex, tumor differentiation extent, TNM staging and 5-year survival rate, etc. As results, the posi- tivity rate of MC5 expression was 87.9% （233/265）;this positive expression was no matter with age, sex and tumor M staging（ P 〈0.05） ,but was related to tumor differentiation extent,T staging,N staging and 5-year survival rate（ P〈0.05） ;meanwhile, the lower differentiation extent was, the deeper invasive extent of intestinal wall was; the lymph-node metastasis and survival time shorter was, the more higher positive expression rate was. Results show that the expression of MC5 in large intestinal cancer tissue has important value for enhancing early diagnosis of this cancer and judging prognosis of patient.
