国产吻合器治疗环状混合痔60例临床观察

为评价国产吻合器行痔上黏膜环切术（PPH）治疗环状混合痔的临床效果，回顾性分析国产吻合器治疗环状混合痔60例的临床资料。结果显示，手术时间20-45min，术后住院3～7d。结果表明，熟练掌握国产吻合器的各个操作环节，应用国产吻合器治疗环状混合痔与进口吻合器相比同样具有微创、安全、有效，手术时间短、出血少、疼痛轻、恢复快的优点，且有明显的价格优势。

Clinical Observation on the Therapeutic Efficacy of PPH with Domestic Stapler in the Treatment of Circumfer- ential Mixed Hemorrhoid.Analysis of 60 Cases

The clinical data of 60 patients with circumferential mixed hemorrhoid who had undergone PPH with domestic stapler were retrospectively analized, so as to evaluate the stapler having which clinical effect. As results,the operative time was 20-45 minutes and the hospital stay was 3-7days. It is concluded that the domestic stapler can ensure a same better therapeutic efficacy as the imported ones（i, e micro-surgery, safety,shorter operative time, less bleed, less pain, quicker recovery）, so long as the surgeon master each step manipulation; besides the price of domestic stapler is cheap.
