口服地奥司明片干预PPH术后并发症的疗效评价

为探讨口服地奥司明片防治PPH术后并发症的有效性，将120例行PPH治疗的痔患者随机分为3组，即试验组、阳性对照组和空白对照组，试验组患者术后常规口服地奥司明片，阳性对照组患者术后静脉滴注曲克芦丁注射液，空白对照组患者仅接受常规治疗，并以症状、体征评分方式对比分析各组治疗效果。结果显示，（1）症状体征总评分：术后24h、48h、第5天，试验组患者症状、体征总评分均低于其余两组，P〈0．05；而阳性对照组低于空白对照组，P〈0．05。（2）各症状体征评分：术后48h，试验组和阳性对照组坠胀感、水肿评分明显低于空白对照组．P〈O．05；疼痛及出血方面无明显差异，P〉0．05。术后第5天，试验组和阳性对照组疼痛、坠张感、水肿、出血评分均明显低于空白对照组，P〈O．05；试验组与阳性对照组间各评分差异无统计学意义，P〉0．05。（3）创面愈合时间：试验组（13．40±4．60）d；阳性对照组（15．71±4．19）d；空白对照组（16．25±6．24）d。试验组明显优于两对照组．P〈0．05；但两对照组间差异无统计学意义，P〉0．05。结果表明，PPH术后常规应用地奥司明片可以改善术后肛门局部微循环，促进痔静脉回流，有利于预防和减轻术后肛缘水肿、坠胀等并发症。

Evaluation on the Efficacy of Oral Administration of Diosmin for lnterventing the Complication after PPH

The objective of this study was to investigate the effectivity of oral administering Diosmin to prevent ＆ treat postoperative complication of PPH. The 120 patients with hemorrhoids to be received PPH were randomly divided into three＇ groups： trial （ I ） group, positive controlled （ II ） group and blank con- trolled （m） group. In I group patients routinely orally administered Diosmin tablets,in II group patients were given troxerutin injection intravenously.in III group patients only received routine treatment;then the score ratings of sign and symptom of the three groups were compared each other so as to evaluate their therapeutic efficacies. Results： 1）total score rating： at postoperative 24,48h and on the 5th day I group was lower than rest two groups（ P 〈0.05）,and II group was lower than III group（ P 〈0. 05）. 2） each symptom and sign score rating：at postoperative 48h rating on tenesmus , edema in I ,III group were significantly lower than that in III group （ P 〈0.05） ,rating on pain and bleeding had not significant difference（ P 〉0.05） ;on the 5th day after operation rating on pain,tenesmus,edema and bleeding in I , II group were all lower than that in III group （ P 〈0.05） ,but between I and II group there were no significant differences（ P 〉0.05） in above-mentioned raing on each symptoms. 3）In wound healing time, I group was distinctly superior to Ill , III group （13.40±4.60 d vs 15.71±4. 19 d, 16.25±6.24 d, P 〈0.05） ,but there were no significant differences（ P 〉0.05） between II and III groups. Results show that after PPH routine administration of Diosmin tablets can improve local anal micro-circulation,and promote hemorrhoidal venous backflow, thus is helpful to prevent and reduce postoperative complications such as edema at anal edge, tenesmus, etc.
