三联法加心理干预治疗便秘型肠易激综合征的临床观察

摘要为探讨莫沙必利加补脾益肠丸和培菲康三联法配合心理干预治疗便秘型肠易激综合征（IBS-C）的疗效，根据罗马Ⅲ标准确诊IBS-C型患者100例，并将其分成两组进行随机对比试验，每组50例。治疗组口服莫沙必利加补脾益肠丸和培菲康，并对50例患者进行心理干预；对照组单纯口服莫沙必利，两组均治疗4周为1个疗程。结果显示，治疗1个疗程后两组总有效率治疗组明显高于对照组（92．0％VS74．0％，P〈0．05）。两组腹痛缓解情况在第1、2周末的比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），第3、4周末两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），而排便频率和粪便性状在第1、2、3、4周末，两组比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结果表明，莫沙必利加补脾益肠丸和培菲康三联法配合心理干预治疗IBS-C较单纯口服莫沙必利效果明显。

Clinical Observation on the Therapeutic Efficacy of Triple Formula plus Psychological Intervention in the Treatment of Irritable Bowel Syndrome of the Constipational Type

The objective of the study was to observe the therapeutic efficacy of the triple formula of mosa- pride citrate, the invigorating spleen and benefiting intestine pill and Bifico （MC-ISBI-B） accompanied with psychological intervention（PI） in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome of the constipational type（IBC- C）. One hundred patients with IBS-C according to Rome HI standard were randomized into two groups. Patients in the study group（ n =50） administered MC-ISBI-B and received psychological intervention as well, while patients in the control group （ n =50） administered mosapride citrate only. All these 100 patients received one course of treatment（4 weeks）. As results,after one treatment course the general improvement rate was markedly higher in the study group than in the control group （92.0% vs 74.0%, P〈0.05）;there was no statistic difference in abdominal pain relief at the ends of the first and second weeks after the treat- ment in the study and control groups（ P〉0.05）, while there was statistical difference at the ends of the third and fourth weeks of the treatment between the two groups（ P〈0.05）;there was statistical differ- ence in defecation frequency and stool character at the ends of the first, second, third and fourth weeks of the treatment between the two groups（ P〈0.05）. It is concluded that the triple formula accompanied with psychological intervention can ensure a better therapeutic efficacy in the teatment of IBS-C.
