音乐干预对痔术后换药时疼痛的影响

为探讨音乐干预对痔患者术后换药时疼痛的影响，采用随机抽样的方法将100例痔术后患者分为实验组50例和对照组50例，对照组实施常规护理。实验组在常规护理的基础上给予音乐干预。于入换药室前和换药结束后分别填写疼痛调查问卷，评价疼痛等级。结果显示，实验组与对照组相比，患者的疼痛程度明显降低（P〈0．05）。结果表明，音乐干预能减轻痔患者术后换药时的疼痛，消除患者紧张心理。

Influence of Music Interference on the Pain During Dressing Change after Hemorrhoidal Operation

The objective of the study was to evaluate the influence of music interference on the pain during dressing change after hemorrhoidal operations. One hundred patients who had undergone hemorrhoidal operation were randomized into two groups, patients in the study group （ n = 50） received routine nursing service and music interference, while patients in the control group （ n =50）received routine service only. Questionnaire was adopted and patients were asked to fill in the sheets before and after dressing change, pain grade was appraised. As results,the pain was notably reduced in the study group（ P〈0.05）. It is coneluded that music interference can reduce pain at dressing change and relieve mental nervousness.
