高效快速肠道准备方法的探讨

为寻求一种高效、快速且适用于大多数患者肛肠检查、术前的肠道准备方法，我们根据直肠肛门检查、手术前肠道准备的作用和目的，总结既往肠道准备方法的优缺点，摒弃饮食限制及口服泻药、口服抗生素等副作用明显的方法，选用庆大霉素、甲硝唑液、开塞露对1036例患者保留灌肠进行肠道准备。结果显示，肠道准备满意度判定，优970例（93．6％），良60例（5．8％），差6例（O．6％）。结果表明，庆大霉素、甲硝唑液、开塞露保留灌肠进行肠道准备安全、高效、快速、无副作用、无禁忌症、适用范围广，为目前较理想的肠道准备方法。

Discussion on Efficient and Fast Intestinal Preparation Method

In order to search for an efficient and fast intestinal preparation method applicable to the anorec- tal examination and preoperation for majority of patients,authors according to the different aim and action of intestinal preparation used in anorectal examination, preoperation, etc, summed the advantages and short- comings of previous methods, got rid of the methods such as diet limitation, oral administration of copra- gogue, and antibiotics, and so on, which have great side effect, meanwhile choiced gentamicin, metronidazole and Kaiselu as the ingredients of intestinal preparation retention enema in 1036 patients. As results,according to degree satisfactory on the preparation, 970 cases（93. 6%） were of excellent outcome; 60 cases （5.80% ）, good;6 cases（0.60% ）, poor. Results show that using gentamicin, metronidazole and Kaiselu to perform retention enema of intestinal preparation is safe, fast, efficient, no side-effect, no contraindication, meanwhile has wide applicable range,thus it is of more ideal intestinal preparation method.
