| 摘 要： | 目的探讨影响中晚期胰腺癌预后的相关因素。方法回顾性分析2000年1月至2005年12月间本院经手术病理证实的102例中晚期胰腺癌患者，单因素分析采用Kaplan-Meier法，两组间的生存率曲线比较的假设检验采用log-rank法；多因素分析采用Cox比例风险回归模型。结果临床分期和化疗方式与中晚期胰腺癌的预后存在显著的相关性。结论临床分期和化疗方式可作为判断中晚期胰腺癌预后的独立指标。

| Abstract: | Obiiective To find out the factors influencing survival time of advanced pancreatic carcinoma. Methods From January 2000 to December 2005, 102 patients were enrolled in the clinical research, all of whom were suffering from advanced pancreatic carcinoma, which was identified by pathology diagnosis , clinical diagnosis and imaging diagnosis. Seven prognostic factors were analyzed by Cox proportional hazard model. Result Clinical stage and mode of chemotherapy were proved to be relative to prognosis of advanced pancreatic carcinoma. Conclusion Clinical stage and mode of chemotherapy can be used to predict the prognosis of advanced pancreatic carcinoma. |
