| 摘 要： | 突触蛋白是一组与突触小泡相关的具有神经元特异性的磷酸蛋白家族。突触蛋白在调节神经递质的释放及参与神经元早期发育等方面起着重要的作用。作者主要对突触蛋白的家族成员、基因定位、分布、结构和功能进行综述。

| Abstract: | The synapsins are a family of neuron specific phosphoproteins associated with the membranes of synaptic vesicles. The synapsins play important roles in the neurotransmitter release and during the early neuronal development. In this review, we focus on the family members, gene location, distribution, structure and function of the synapsins. |
