2型糖尿病合并高血压患者24h动态血压变化分析

目的：了解2型糖尿病合并高血压患者动态血压变化特点。方法：对118例2型糖尿病合并高血压患者,292例原发性高血压患者进行24 h动态血压监测,进行比较分析。结果：糖尿病合并高血压患者24 h平均收缩压、白天平均收缩压、夜间平均收缩压、24 h平均收缩压负荷、白天平均收缩压负荷、夜间平均收缩压负荷均高于原发性高血压患者,有统计学差异;血压昼夜节律与原发性高血压患者比较有统计学差异。结论：糖尿病合并高血压患者收缩压及收缩压负荷偏高,昼夜节律减弱或消失,因此应积极控制收缩压、收缩压负荷,恢复正常昼夜节律。

Analysis of 24-Hour Ambulatory Blood Pressure in Type 2 Diabetes Accompanied with Hypertension

Objective：To study the characteristics of 24 h ambulatory blood pressure（ABP） in type 2 diabetes accompanied with hypertension. Methods ..This study included 118 cases of type 2 diabetes accompanied with hypertension and 292 cases with primary hypertension. 24 h ABP was measured and analyzed. Results： The monitoring of ABP revealed that 24 h mean systolic blood pressure,day time mean systolic blood pressure,night-time systolic blood pressure, 24 h mean systolic blood pressure load,day-time mean systolic blood pressure load,night-time systolic blood pressure load in patients of type 2 diabetes accompanied with hypertension were significantly higher than those in patients with primary hypertension. Circadian rhythm in patients of type 2 diabetes accompanied with hypertension was significantly different from primary hypertension. Conclusions ：Patients of type 2 diabetes accompanied with hypertension have higher systolic hlood pressure and systolic blood pressure load. Circadian rhythm weakenes or disappeares. Therefore ,during the treatment of these patients, systolic blood pressure, systolic blood pressure load should be well controlled. Circadian rhythm shoud also be retrieved.
