| 摘 要： | 目的：观察甘氨酰谷氨酰胺二肽对猪自体移植小肠吸收功能的作用。方法：杂种猪１０只，行自体小肠移植，术后随机分为两组，标准ＴＰＮ组（ＳＴＰＮ组，ｎ＝５），接受标准ＴＰＮ支持８天；Ｇｌｙ－Ｇｌｎ二肽组（ＧＴＰＮ组，ｎ＝５），接受含Ｇｌｙ－Ｇｌｎ的ＴＰＮ支持８天，术后１天（ＰＯＤ１）及术后２８天（ＰＯＤ２８）行木糖吸收实验，测定肠粘膜酶活性。结果：术后２８天，ＧＴＰＮ组：木糖吸收曲线下面积，５ｈ尿液木糖排

| Abstract: | Objectives:To observe the impact of glycyl- glutamine( Gly- Gln) dipeptide on the ab- sorptive function of autotransplated small bowel in pig. Methods:Ten unbred pigs underwentsmall bowel autotransplantation and were divided randomly into two groups:GTPN and STPN.In GTPN group( n=5) ,the pigs received TPN supplemented with3% Gly- Gln for2 8dyas,while in STPN group( n=5) ,the pigs received isonitrogenous and isocaloric standard TPN for2 8dyas.D- xylose absorption testand the activity of disaccharidase were measured on the1 stand2 8th post- operative day. Results:The D- xylose absorption and the activity of disaccharidase in GTPN group were significantly higher than those in STPN group( P<0 .0 5) on the 2 8th postoperative day. Conclusions:Gly- Gln can improve the absorptive function of autotransplanted small intes- tine in pig. |
