腹腔镜胆囊切除联合其他脏器手术40例临床报告

目的探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术联合腹腔其他脏器手术的临床应用价值。方法回顾分析40例腹腔镜胆囊切除联合腹腔其他脏器手术的临床资料。其中联合胆管切开取石术10例；联合阑尾切除术16例；联合肝囊肿去顶开窗术6例；联合卵巢囊肿切除术3例；联合胃肠穿孔修补术5例。先常规行腹腔镜胆囊切除，再完成腹腔其他脏器手术。观察联合手术的临床效果。结果40例腹腔镜胆囊切除联合其他脏器手术均顺利康复，无1例出现并发症。结论腹腔镜胆囊切除联合其他脏器手术安全、可行，且经济有效，显示微创外科技术的巨大优越性，值得临床应用推广。

Cholecystectomy and Other Operations on the Abdomen by Laparoscope:A Clinical Report of 40 Cases

Objective To determine the value of clinical application of cholecystectomy and other operations on the abdomen by laparoscope. Methods Clinical data in 40 patients for cholecystectomy and other operations on the abdomen by laparoscope were retrospectively analyzed. Among 40 patients , cholecystectomy and the operation for sectioning bile duct and calculus removed were performed in 10 patients, cholecystectomy and appendectomy were performed in 16 patients, cholecystectomy and the operation for truncation and windowing of hepatic cyst were performed in 6 patients, cholecystectomy and oophorocystectomy were performed in 3 patients, cholecystectomy and the operation for repair of gastric and intestinal perforation were performed in 5 patients. First, cholecystectomy was routinely performed, then other operations on the abdomen was performed. Clinical effects of the operations were observed. Results All 40 patients were cured, no patients were found to have a documented complication. Conclusion The Results suggest that cholecystectomy and other operation on the abdomen by laparoscope are safe, effective, feasible, and less expensive. Surgical intervention by small invastive methods possess significant advantages. It is worth that those methods may be extended in clinical practice.
