类风湿性关节炎患者葡萄糖-6-磷酸异构酶检测分析

目的检测类风湿性关节炎（Rheumatoid arthritis,RA）患者血清葡萄糖6磷酸异构酶（Glucose-6-phosphateisomerase,GPI）水平,研究GPI对RA的诊断价值。方法用ELISA方法检测86例RA患者、52例其它自身免疫性疾病患者和65例健康人血清中GPI和抗环瓜氨酸多肽（Anti-cyclic citrullinated peptide,抗CCP）水平。用免疫透射比浊法检测类风湿因子（RA）水平。结果 RA患者血清GPI浓度为（1.95±1.12）μg/ml,其它自身免疫性疾病组GPI浓度为（0.14±0.22）μg/ml,正常对照组GPI浓度为（0.11±0.08）μg/ml。GPI与IgM-RF之间具有相关性（r=0.568,P〈0.05）,但不完全重叠。GPI与抗CCP抗体之间未显示出相关性（r=0.083,P=0.515）,二者也不完全重叠。结论 GPI抗原是检测RA的一项特异性很高的血清学指标,可能成为诊断RA患者的一个新的实验诊断指标。

Value of detection of glucose-6-phosphate isomerase in diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis

Aim To explore the value of detection of glucose-6-phosphate isomerase（GPI） in diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis（RA）.Methods Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA） was used to test GPI in serum samples from 86 patients with RA,52 patients with other autoimmune diseases,and 65 healthy individuals.Turbidimetric immunoassay method was applied to measure Rheumatoid factor（RF）.Results The mean serum GPI concentrations in patients with RA,other autoimmune diseases and normal control group were 1.95 1.12 g/ml,0.14 0.22 g/ml and 0.11 0.08 g/ml,respectively.The level of GPI was associated with RF,but not with anti-CCP.The sensitivity and specificity for diagnosis of RA by detection of GPI were.86.8% and 85.3%.Conclusion GPI is a valuable diagnostic tool and a useful additional marker for RA.The detection of GPI is useful for diagnosis of RA,especially combined with RF.
