参地糖脉宁对糖尿病大鼠脂代谢和细胞因子的影响

目的探讨参地糖脉宁对实验性糖尿病大鼠脂代谢和细胞因子的影响。方法雄性SD大鼠,链脲佐菌素（60mg.kg-1）腹腔内注射诱导糖尿病,分为模型组、阿司匹林组、参地糖脉宁组。另有鼠龄和体重相似的雄性SD大鼠作为正常对照组。阿司匹林组用阿司匹林30mg.kg-1.d-1灌胃,参地糖脉宁组用参地糖脉宁溶液5g.kg-1.d-1灌胃,模型组和正常对照组用等量的蒸馏水灌胃;在治疗前、治疗后6周和治疗后12周,测定血脂5项;在治疗前和治疗12周后,酶联免疫吸附法（ELISA）测定各组大鼠TNFα及IL-6。结果与正常对照组相比,模型组的甘油三脂,胆固醇,低密度脂蛋白胆固醇和极低密度脂蛋白胆固醇显著升高（P〈0.05）。模型组IL-6和TNFα显著高于正常对照组（P〈0.01）;治疗6周后和12周后,参地糖脉宁组和阿司匹林组甘油三脂,胆固醇,低密度脂蛋白胆固醇和极低密度脂蛋白胆固醇显著低于模型组（P〈0.05）,而且参地糖脉宁组下降程度强于阿司匹林组（P〈0.05）;TNFα和IL-6模型组显著高于正常对照组（P〈0.01）;治疗十二周后,参地糖脉宁组和阿司匹林组TNFα和IL-6显著低于模型组（P〈0.01）,参地糖脉宁组和阿司匹林组之间有显著差异（P〈0.05）。结论参地糖脉宁对实验性糖尿病大鼠有改善血脂和抗炎的作用。

The effect of Shenditangmaining on the lipid metabolism and cytokine in diabetic rats

Aim To investigate the impact of Shenditangmaining on the lipid metabolism and cytokine in diabetic rats.Methods Diabetic model was induced in male SD rats by intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin（60 mg/kg）.The rats were divided into three groups ：diabetic group,aspirin diabetic group,Shenditangmaining diabetic group.The age and weight matched normal male SD rats served as control group.The rats of aspirin diabetic group were fed with aspirin 30mg/kg.d.The rats of Shenditangmaining diabetic group were fed with 5g/kg.d Shenditangmaining solution.The rats of diabetic group and control group were fed with equal cubage of distilled water.Before treatment,6-week treatment and 12-week after treatment,the levels of TG,TC,LDL,HDL and VLDL were evaluated.Before treatment and after12-week treatment,TNFα and IL-6 were analyzed with Enzyme-linked immunosorbent（ELISA）.Results Compared with the control group,the levels of TG,TC,LDL and VLDL in the diabetic group were increased significantly（P0.05）.The levels of IL-6 and TNFα was higher than control group（P0.01）.Compared with the diabetic group the levels of TG,TC,LDL and VLDL in the Shenditangmaining diabetic group decreased significantly（P0.05） 6 weeks and 12 weeks after treatment.Furthermore the reduction of the Shenditangmaining diabetic group was higher than that of the aspirin diabetic group（P0.05）.The levels of TNFα and IL-6 in the diabetic group was higher than the control group（P0.01）.The level of TNFα and IL-6 in aspirin diabetic group and Shenditangmaining diabetic group decreased 12 weeks after treatment compared to diabetic group（P0.01）.There was significantly differences between the aspirin diabetic group and the Shenditangmaining diabetic group（P0.05）.Cconclusion Shenditangmaining may ameliorate blood lipid and antagonize inflammatory in experimental diabetic rats.
