| 摘 要： | 目的探讨颅底骨折患者经口插胃管的方法。方法 25例颅底骨折合并重型颅脑损伤患者使用带导丝胃管,插管时口腔内置入牙垫,结合不同的体位,采用徒手插胃管插管。结果插管成功率达100%,一次性置管成功率达93%。结论颅底骨折患者采用经口插胃管的方法能避免胃管入颅,而使用带导丝胃管,结合不同的体位,能提高一次性置管的成功率。
