| 摘 要： | 目的监测深圳市南山区流感流行动态和病原学特征,为预防和控制流行提供科学依据。方法以2007～2009年广东医学院附属南山医院流感监测系统积累的数据为基础,对流感样病例占监测门急诊就诊总数比例、流感病毒型别按月进行分析。结果 3年监测共报告ILI病例130 101例,ILI占监测门急诊就诊总数8.62%,夏季高峰明显;2007年优势毒株为A/H3N2亚型,2008年优势毒株为A/H1N1及B（Yamagata）,2008年季节性流感以A/H3N2为主要流行株,9月份后以新型A/H1N1为主要流行株。流感样病例以15岁以下儿童占比最高,病毒分离以5～岁组分离率最高。结论本区全年都有流感病人,每年7月都是季节性流感的流行高峰,15岁以下儿童是流感的高危人群。
