| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨数字减影血管造影（DSA）技术对脑血管病的诊断价值。方法：对36例脑血管病患者进行DSA检查,观察血管病变及侧支循环建立情况,分析疾病与血管病变的关系。结果：36例中,颅内外血管病变24例,阳性检出率66.7%。术中发现血管病变37处,其中狭窄29处,闭塞7处,动脉瘤1处。术中出现脑血管痉挛1例。结论：DSA是诊断脑血管疾病的重要检查方法;颈内动脉病变在脑梗死、短暂性脑缺血、椎基底动脉供血不足等疾病的发生中起重要作用。
