2009年589株结核分枝杆菌耐药性分析

目的了解深圳市第三人民医院门诊和住院结核病患者感染状况和结核分枝杆菌耐药情况。方法用MB／Bact240分枝杆菌培养仪和改良罗氏管对患者的多种标本进行分枝杆菌分离培养鉴定，对分离到的结核分枝杆菌采用绝对浓度法对4种一线抗结核药物，异烟肼（INH，H）、利福平（RFP，R）、乙胺丁醇（EMB，E）和链霉素（SM，S），进行药物敏感性试验。结果1722例患者的标本结核分枝杆菌培养阳性589株，其中痰标本453株，非痰标本136株；结核菌培养阳性率为34．2％（589／1722）；对INH、RFP、EMB、SM的耐药率分别是15．1％（89／589）、14．3％（84／589）、4．8％（28/589）和17．1％（101/589）；总耐药率26．3％（155／589），耐多药率10％（59／589），其中4种药全耐者占2．7％（16／589）。结论本地区结核病疫情呈上升趋势。结核茵耐药情况仍然十分严重。

Analysis of drug resistance of 589 Mycobacterium Tuberculosis strains in 2009

Aim To explore the drug resistance of Mycobacterium tuberculosis(M.TB) in Shenzhen Municpal Third People's Hospital.Methods Various kinds of samples were cultured with MB/Bact 240 and improved L-J medium and the susceptibility of clinical isolated M.TB strains to absolute concentrations of four first-line anti-TB drugs,including INH(H),RFP(R),EMB(E) and SM(S) were tested.The results were analyzed.Results There 589 M.TB strains were isolated among 1 722 samples including 453 sputum samples and 136 non sputum...
