| 摘 要： | 目的：为全面了解类风湿关节炎住院患者的心理健康状况。方法：应用症状自评量表（SCL-90）,对55例类风湿关节炎住院患者进行测试,并与健康人全国常模进行比较。结果：类风湿关节炎住院患者的躯体化、强迫症状、抑郁、焦虑和恐怖因子分值均显著高于健康人国内常模（P〈0.05）,人际关系因子明显低于健康人全国常模（P〈0.05）,敌对、偏执和精神病性等因子与健康人全国常模比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论：类风湿关节炎住院患者存在不同程度的精神心理问题,进行恰当的心理干预是必要的。
