云南省4县（市）血吸虫病传播控制达标考核分析

目的评价血吸虫病重点综合治理地区的防治成效，为控制血吸虫病流行提供科学依据。方法按照我国《血吸虫病控制和消灭标准》（GB15976—2006），2009年10月对2004年巍山县、洱源县、大理市和鹤庆县4个实施国家血吸虫病综合治理重点项目县（市）的血吸虫病防治效果进行考核验收。结果4个县（市）人群IHA检查，阳性率为3．58％～9．70％，粪检人群感染率为0~4．59％；家畜感染率为0～0．31％；活螺密度为O．02只／框，活螺密度为0，09只，框。4县（市）捕获的钉螺全部解剖镜检，均未发现感染性钉螺。结论巍山县、洱源县达到了血吸虫病传播控制标准，大理市和鹤庆县重新达到了传播控制标准。

Assessment of results in control of schistosomiasis prevalence in four counties(cities)in Yunnan Province

Aim To assess the results of comprehensive measures in control of schistosomiasis. Methods The results of schistomiasis control project implemented in the participated cities of Weishan,Eryuan,Heqing and Dali City for comprehensive management were assessed in October 2009 based on the ＂Standard for control and elimination of schistosomiasis＂ （GB15976-2006）. Results The positive rate of population of the 3 counites and a city examined with indirect haemaglutinafion assay was 3.58%-9.70%,the infection rate of stool examination miation was 0--4.59% ,the infection rate of livestock was 0-0.31%. The live snail density ranged from 0.02per busket to 0.09per husker. All the captured snails were dissected and no positive snails were detected. The counties of Weishan and Eryuan have attained the criteria of elimination of schistosomiasis and Dali City and Heqing County have reached the criteria of transmission control of schistosomiasis.
