曲菌性鼻窦炎的CT表现（附5例报告）

目的:旨在认识曲菌性鼻窦炎的影像表现。材料与方法:本文搜集经手术、病理证实的曲菌性鼻窦炎5例,均行CT检查,轴位加冠状位扫描。结果:病变常为单侧,起源于上颌窦。典型的CT表现为病变窦腔密度增高并有中央形态不一的钙化灶和周围环形低密度带以及窦腔内网格状阴影,还可伴有非侵入性骨改变。结论:曲菌性鼻窦炎的CT表现具有特征性,鼻窦的CT评估对手术很有帮助,因而CT检查具有特殊价值。

CT Findings of Aspergillar Sinusitis

Purpose: To demonstrate CT findings of aspergillar sinusitis. Materials and methods: 5 cases of aspergillar sinusitis confirmed by surgery and pathology were examined by CT with axial and coronal position. Results: All lesions in 5 cases were unilaterally located and originated from maxillary sinuses. The typical CT findings were that involved maxillary sinus appeared heterogenous opacification with multiple - shaped central calcification areas and circle - like low density shadow arounded, net - like opacification as well. They were always accompanied by non - invaded bony changes. Conclusion: CT manifestations of aspergillar sinusitis have characteristic features. In Addition, CT can direct the operation. Therefore, CT scanning is an indispensable examination for this disease.
