| 摘 要： | 本文报道了25例经B超、多普勒、MR、下腔静脉造影证实的柏一查综合征(BCS),其中5例行下腔静脉PTA术治疗。对柏一查综合征的临床表现,血管造影进行分析。25例中,下腔静脉膜性阻塞9例,节段性狭窄或阻塞7例。肝静脉开口阻塞4例,下腔静脉 肝静脉闭塞5例。认为下腔静脉双向造影是诊断完全性膜性柏一查综合征的可靠方法,下腔静脉膜性阻塞行PTA术创伤小,疗效显著,可反复治疗应用。

| Abstract: | 25 cases with Budd - Chiari syndrome proved by B - mode Ultrasonography, Doppler Ultrasonography, MR, and inferior vena cavogram were reported, from which 5 cases were treated by PTA. The clinic and angiography appearances were analysed. Among the 25 cases, there were four types of Budd - Chiari Syndrome, including (1)IVC membranous obstruction in 9 cases, (2)IVC segmental stenosis or occlusion in 7 cases, (3)hepatic vein occlusion in 4 cases, (4)mixed type in 5 cases. Inferior vena cavogram was an effective method for diagnosing Budd - .Chiari syndrome, PFA treatments the method of choice with less invasiveness and obvious efficiecy, and may be reapplied if needed. |
