PCS法与常规介入法治疗中晚期肝癌疗效的对比分析

目的:评价PCS法与常规介入法治疗中晚期肝癌的疗效对比,以利选择合理的治疗方法。材料和方法:自1994年1月～1996年5月间行常规法治疗150例和PCS法治疗57例中晚期肝癌患者,以生存率、肿块缩小率及并发症发生率,综合分析二种方法的疗效。结果:1年存活率常规法与PCS法无差异,2疗程后肿瘤最大径缩小>1/3者常规法优于PCS法,并发症发生率PCS组高于常规组。结论:对于中晚期癌症患者,首选常规介入法;身体状况较差者,以PCS法为优。

Comparative Analysis of the Whole Benefit of PCS and Convendonal Interventional Therapy in Advanced Hepatoma

Purpose: Estimating the therapeutic effects of PCS (Port- catheter system) and conventional interventional therapy (CIT) in intermediate and advanced hepatoma, to selecte appropriate interventional therapeutic processes. Materials and Methods; From Jan. 1994 to May 1997, 150 cases of HCC were treated with CIT and 57 with PCS methods. Patients were selected by the Karnofsky's criteria less 50 grades. We analysed theraputic effects of these two methods, including the survival rate of one and two years, neoplasmcompression, and complications. Results; The effect of CIT and PCS was no difference in one year survival, but the effect of CIT was higher than PCS in two years survival. More than 1/3 diminution of CIT tumor was higher than PCS. The rate of complication of PCS was higher than that of CIT. Conclusions; CIT was selected firstly in intermediate and advanced HCC, PCS was performed when the patients were in a bad condition.
