双侧乳癌28例分析

本文报告了28例双侧乳癌，有7例第二例为转移性癌，其中名创放弃手术而死亡，24例第二例癌经手术治疗，并辅以化疗、放疗等综合治疗，水后2年、3年、5年和10年生存率分别为92．8％、82.1％、53．57％和21．43％，与同期总的乳腺癌5年生存率相差无几．第二例癌发生的最短时间距第一例癌术后7个月，最长时间为14年。第一例癌平均发病年龄为45岁，第二例癌为49岁。第一、第二例乳癌均以T2占大多数，T1仅1例次，T3为12例次，T4病例没有。病理类型以浸润性导管疾最多，其次为单纯癌。笔者认为观测乳癌的生存率与总体乳疾的生存率相差无几，一旦发现在积极处理，只要处理得当，预后还是相当好的。

Analysis of 28 Cases of Bilateral Breast Cancer

28 cases of bilateral breast cancer are repcrted in this paper. 7 of them were metastatic in the second lateral. Four cases died due to giving up surgery treatment. 24 second cases were undergone surgery assisted with chemotherapy, radiotherapy and other general treatments. The survival rate of 2-year, 3-year, 5-year and 10-year were 92. 8%, 82. 1 %, 53. 57%and 21. 43% respectively. They were alinost the same as the average survival rates of all breast cancer at the same time. The shortest Period of the second cancer occurred was 7 monthes after the first cancer taken surgery treatment, while the longest was 14 years. The average age of the first cancers were 45 year-old, and the second one 49 year-old. The most cases were T2 patients.Only one case was T1. There were 12 T3 cases and no T4. We consider the survival rate of bilateral breast cancer would be the same as that of all breast cancer patients. If the treatment is glven correctly, the prognosis might be pretty good.
