门冬氨酸钾镁在高龄未行溶栓治疗急性心肌梗死病人中的应用

摘    要:目的 :评价急性心肌梗死高龄老人未行溶栓治疗早期应用门冬氨酸钾镁的临床疗效。方法 :6 7例年龄 >75岁未行溶栓治疗急性心肌梗死病人随机分为两组 ,均给予常规治疗 ,治疗组加用门冬氨酸钾镁治疗 ,对照组加用安慰剂 ,观察两组的死亡率和再灌注心律失常及左室射血分数的影响。结果 :治疗组总死亡率低于对照组 (9%vs.2 4 % ,P<0 .0 1) ;治疗组再灌注心律失常发生率低于对照组 ,但无统计学意义 (39%vs.4 8% ,P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :对于未行溶栓治疗高龄急性心肌梗死病人早期应用门冬氨酸钾镁治疗可能改善预后。

Abstract:Aim:To evalute the clinical efficacy of potassium magnesium aspartate on aged patients of acute myocardial infarction without thrombolytic therapy. Methods:Sixty-seven acute myocardial infarction patients (age >75 years) without thrombolytic therapy were divided into two groups randomly.Patients of treatment group were injected with potassium magnesium aspartate intravenously and patients of control group were injected with isotomic glucose as placebo. The mortality rate, incidence of reperfusion-induced arrhythmia, and left ventricular systolic function was observed respectively.Results:The mortality rate was lower in treatment group than that in control group (9 % vs. 24 %, P< 0.01 );the incidence of reperfusion induced-arrhythmia was reduced by potassium magnesium aspartate, but the difference was not significant (39 % vs. 48 %,P>0.05).Conclusion:Early application of potassium magnesium aspartate can improve the prognosis of aged patients of acute myocardial infarction without thrombolytic therapy.
