GC/MS分析生鲜蛋中三聚氰胺

目的：建立生鲜蛋中三聚氰胺GC/MS分析方法,为保障食品安全提供有效的分析手段。方法：样品经三氯乙酸和乙酸铅提取并沉淀蛋白、三氯甲烷去除脂溶性杂质,经混合型阳离子交换固相萃取小柱净化,双三甲基三氟乙酰胺和三甲基氯硅烷衍生,GC/MS分析。结果：以鸡蛋为基质,三聚氰胺在0.10-1.00mg/kg添加浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数r=0.9992,其回收率在80.5%-104.3%,检出限为20μg/kg。结论：本方法专属性好,准确,杂质少,适用于生鲜蛋中三聚氰胺的检测。

GC/MS detection of melamine in fresh egg

Objective：To establish GC/MS detection of melamine in fresh egg to provide an effective means of analysis for the protection of food safety. Methods：Melamine was extracted by using trichloroacetic acid and acetic acid lead, protein precipitation, removal of fat-soluble impurities by chloroform, the mixed cation-exchange solidphase extraction column purification, double trimethyl trifluoroacetamide and trimethyl chlorosilane derivatives and determined by GC/MS. Results：With the：eggs as the matrix, melamine in the 0. 10 1.00mg/kg addition concentration range had a good linear relationship, correlation coefficient r was 0. 9992, the recovery rate was 80.5 -104.3 % and the detection limit was 20μg/kg. Conclusion ：The method is specific,and accurate, with less impurities, suitable to the detection of melamine in fresh egg.
