| 摘 要： | 目的观察左西替利嗪、氯雷他定联合胸腺肽治疗慢性湿疹临床疗效。方法122例患者随机分成两组，治疗组采用胸腺肽注射液l00mg加入5％葡萄糖注射液250ml中静脉滴注，1次／d，连续2周，同时口服左西替利嗪片lOmg／d，氯雷他定片l0mg／d，连续4周；对照组单用左西替利嗪、氯雷他定，方法和疗程同治疗组。结果治疗组和对照组有效率分别为80．65％和56．67％，两组有效率比较差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论左西替利嗪、氯雷他定联合胸腺肽治疗慢性湿疹疗效显著。
