| 摘 要： | 目的通过抑郁自评量表（SDS）、焦虑自评量表（SAS）综合分析418名强制戒毒人员心理健康状况并探索其影响因素。方法采用抑郁自评量表（SDS）、焦虑自评量袁（SAS）对思茅、景洪地区3个戒毒所418名强制戒毒人员进行心理健康分析，并与常模比较；进一步分析影响其心理健康的因素。结果①418名戒毒人员的抑郁指数为0．57±0．10：焦虑指数为52．32±11．40；②年龄、民族、收入、就医情况是影响抑郁的主要因素；民族、文化、就医情况、对戒毒所的看法是影响焦虑的主要因素。结论强制戒毒人员广泛存在抑郁、焦虑，在强制戒毒时，可给予适当的药物治疗，同时加强心理干预。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the mental healthy situation and influence factors of 418 drug addicts in compulsory Addiction Treatment Center with SDS and SAS. Methods The mental healthy situation and influence factor of 418 drug addicts under compulsm＇y reha- bilitation in Simao and Jinhong city were analyzed by self-rating depression scale （SDS） and selfrating anxiety scale （SAS）. Results SDS index is 0.57 ± 0.10 and SAS index is 52.32 ±11.40. The main factors influencing depression include age, nation, income and medical treatment; and the major factors influencing anxiety are nation, education, medical treatment and attitude to Addiction Treat- ment Center. Conclusion Most drug addicts under compulsory rehabilitation suffered from depression and anxiety. It was suggested that appropriate medicine should be supplied to drug addicts and treated with psychological intervention. |
