内观认知疗法对网瘾患者心理康复的作用

目的 探讨内观认知疗法对网癌患者心理康复的作用.方法 将60例住院网癌患者分为观察组和对照组各30例,对照组给予相应的药物治疗和常规心理护理,观察组在此基础上给予4周的内观认知疗法,包括自我认知心理治疗、人际认知心理治疗等.两组于治疗前后分别采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、情感平衡量表(ABS)、领悟社会支持量表(PSSS)和容纳他人量表(AOS)进行疗效评定.结果 治疗后,观察组SCL-90、ABS、AOS、PSSS(除家庭支持外)评分显著优于对照组(均P<0.05).结论 内观认知疗法能够改善网癌患者的负性情感,提高他们领悟社会支持和容纳他人的能力,对其心理康复有积极的作用.
