丹参联合黄芩苷对慢性乙型肝炎患者血清肝纤维化标志物的影响

目的观察丹参联合黄芩苷对慢性乙型肝炎患者血清肝纤维化标志物的影响,探讨慢性乙型肝炎患者抗肝纤维化治疗方法。方法慢性乙型肝炎患者80例,随机分为两组:治疗组在常规保肝治疗基础上用丹参+黄芩苷治疗,对照组在常规保肝治疗基础上用丹参治疗。治疗开始前、疗程结束时、疗程结束后1年,分别检测血清肝纤维化标志物:放免法检测血清透明质酸(HA)、层黏蛋白(LN)、Ⅲ型前胶原肽(PCⅢ)、Ⅳ型胶原(Ⅳ-C),酶联免疫吸附法检测血清转移生长因子β1(TGF-β1),同时检测肝功能、B超等。结果治疗组和对照组疗程结束时血清肝纤维化标志物水平均有下降,与治疗前比较有统计学意义(P<0.01),但两组之间比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);疗程结束后1年治疗组和对照组血清肝纤维化标志物水平仍较低,与治疗前比较仍有统计学意义(P<0.01),而两组之间比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论丹参联合黄芩苷能更有效降低慢性乙型肝炎患者血清肝纤维化标志物水平。

Effect of Savlviae combine with Baicalin to serum liver fibrosis symbolization in patients with chronic hepatitis B

Objective To investigate the effect of savlviae combine with baicalin to serum liver fibrosis symbolization in patients with chronic hepatitis B. Methods 80 patients with chronic hepatitis B were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Teatment group applied savlviae combine with baicalin aside routine liver-protective therapy,control group applied savlviae side routine liver-protective therapy. Serum liver fibrosis symbolizations were detected at the begining,ending and 1 year after the treatment. Hyaluronic,laminin, amino terminal properptide of type Ⅲ proeollagen and Ⅳ collagen were detected by radioimmunoassay. Transforming growth factor-β1 was detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. Results Serum liver fibrosis symbolizations level were decreased in both groups at the end of the treatment（ P 〈0.01）. There was no significant deferent in two groups（ P 〉0.05）. 1 year after the treatment,Serum liver fibrosis symbolizations level in treatment group were lower than that of control group （ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Savlviae combine with baicalin could be good for decreasing serum liver fibrosis symbolizations level in patients with chronic hepatitis B.
