| 摘 要： | 目的：总结同时治疗与护理严重烧伤病人的经验体会。方法：对2006年8月,同时收治的3例严重烧伤病人予以综合性治疗,局部应用湿润烧伤膏（MEBO）治疗,全身实施以加强内脏保护为重点的治疗方案。结果：本组3例病人全部治愈,浅Ⅲ度以下的创面自行愈合,无内脏并发症。结论：大面积烧伤病人的治疗护理焦点在于,早期实施MEBO处理创面,实行全身系统治疗措施,保护内脏功能,加强整体护理,预防并发症的发生。

| Abstract: | Objective:To sum up the experience in treating and nursing severely bumed patients at the same time. Method:3 cases of severe burn were treated locally with MEBO at the same time in our hospital. Comprehensive treating measures were adopted. Systemic treatments were focused on protection of internal organs. Result:All the 3 patients were cured. The wounds, including superficial 3rd degree wounds healed spontaneously. No internal organ complication happened. Conclusion:The treatment of large area burn patients should focus on early application of MEBO and systemic treatment. Nursing measures should be strengthened to protect internal organ function and to prevent complications. |
