加速康复外科理念在阑尾炎手术中的应用

目的:比较应用加速康复外科治疗方案和传统方法治疗阑尾炎的效果。方法:对比研究50例阑尾炎病人分为加速康复外科组24例和传统发方案治疗组26例,比较两组病人术后住院时间、住院费用、术后进费时间、术后进食时间、下床活动时间和并发症的发生率等。结果:两组病人均痊愈出院。加速康复组病人与对照组相比,术后进食和下床活动时间均明显提前,住院费用及住院时间亦减少(P<0.01)。结论:加速康复外科治疗方案更有利于指导阑尾炎病人的治疗。

Practice of Fast Track Surgery in Appendicitis

Objective:To compare therapeutic result of fast-track programme and conventional care in appendicitis. Methods: 50 patients of appendicitis divides into and fast track surgery recovered group 24 the convention of example cure the group 26examples compare two after the group patient's every date. Results : Patients of appendicitis with fast-track programme regained lesser hospital stay and cost, earlier time of restoring food and mobilization after operation compared with patients having conventional care(P<0.01). All patients were cured. Conclusion:Fast track surgery is more favourable in guiding the therapy of appendicitis cured.
