摘    要:目的:探讨多普勒超声心动图的Tei指数与血浆脑钠尿肽(BNP)浓度评估冠状动脉病变程度及心肌缺血的可能性。方法:92例连续入选的不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)患者,30例疑似冠心病者作对照组,所有入选者均行冠状动脉造影(CAG)检查,按CAG结果将UAP患者分为单支病变组、双支病变组及三支病变组。记录Gensini积分,并进行超声心动图检查、血浆BNP浓度测定。结果:UAP患者组的Tei指数和血浆BNP浓度均显著增大或升高,且冠脉病变支数越多,Tei指数、BNP越大,且他们均是心肌缺血的独立预测指标。结论:Tei指数与BNP结合可用于评估冠状动脉病变程度,在筛选高危患者方面有一定意义。
