恶性肿瘤骨转移放射治疗分割模式研究

 目的　寻找一种恶性肿瘤骨转移放射治疗的理想分割模式。方法　以 1996年 5月～ 2 0 0 0年 12月我科收治的符合研究条件的 16 5例恶性肿瘤骨转移患者为研究对象 ,按不同的放射治疗分割方法分为 3组 ,分别比较它们的疗效、骨痛分值、止痛起效时间和疼痛缓解程度。结果　恶性肿瘤骨转移放射治疗的总有效率为 94 .5 % ,3组间无统计学差别。从止痛起效时间 ,骨痛缓解程度等参数分析 ,大分割组 (III组 )明显优于其他两组。结论　大分割模式是恶性肿瘤骨转移放射治疗的理想方法。

The study of fractionation regimen of radiotherapy in malignant tumor with bone metastases

Objective To look for a ideal fractionated regimen of radiotherapy applied in malignant tumor with bone metastases.Methods The subject is 165 patients with bone metastases who were administered in our department from May 1996 to Dectember 2000 and answered to the inclusive criteria. According to the different radiotherapeutic fractionation regimen, they were divided into three groups: Group I, Group II and Group III. Their different efficacy, bone pain score, initial time of effect and relieved degree of bone pain were compared respectively.Results The total response rate of radiotherapy applied in maliqnant with bone metastases is 94.5%. Of the three groups, there is no statistical difference in terms of the therapeutic response rate. As far as the initial time of effect, bone pain score and relieved degree of bone pain and so on, the large fractionation group (Group III) are more superior than the other groups.Conclusion Large fractionation regimen is the ideal approach of radiotherapy applied in malignant tumor with bone metastases.
