| 摘 要： | 目的:了解健康教育对消化性溃疡(PU)患者认识疾病相关知识的程度及遵医行为的影响。方法:将确诊为PU的126例患者随机分为实验组和对照组,对两组患者均发放自行设计的PU知识问卷调查表,制定健康教育计划,实验组采取举办PU知识讲座,发放PU健康教育资料,出墙报等形式进行有针对性的系统的教育,对照组按常规给予常规指导。结果:实验组对PU的知晓率为100%,对照组为77.4%。实验组显著高于对照组(P<0.05),对医嘱的遵从率实验组也显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:健康教育能提高PU患者对疾病相关知识的认知程度及遵医行为。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the influence of knowledge about peptic ulcer(PU) and abiding doctor's advice behavior in PU patients by our health education.Method 126 PU patients were evaluated by PU questio-nary and devided into two groups at random.Then health education plan was maken out respectively. In experiment group, We hold PU lecture, delivered health education materials about PU and also educated PU patients by Wall Paper and so on. In controls, patients were guided by routine methods.Results The knowledge about PU mastered by patients in two groups is different. Experiment group was higher than control group (P<0.05). The ratio of abiding doctor's advice in experiment group was higher than that in control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Health education could increase the patients' PU knowlwdge and their abiding doctor's advice behavior. |
